Laura Vroomanspecialises in complex national and international M&A transactions, including distressed acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Laura also has focus on domestic and cross-border restructurings. She also has experience in various areas of banking and finance, including project finance, business restructurings and insolvency.
Marie frequently lectures at national and international seminars and conferences about M&A. She has been appointed Vice President of the Corporate and M&A Commission of the ‘Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats’. She is an active member of the International Bar Association and the Belgian business association Cercle du lac.
